#JIGRACING #TOPSPORT #PIRANHAMEDIA #BETU #FLEMINGTON #HEADQUARTERS #EARLYLOOK #OURPLACE #OOMPH 🥷👊
Note-‼️🌦️- (We are basing our form around the track Saturday being a Soft 6 or 7 surface @ Flemington)
🇦🇺 FLEMINGTON SATURDAY 🐎
♍ RACE 1-3YO, POSEIDON STAKES 1100 ♍
💥#12 BUENOS NOCHES ew ($13)
💥#10 ZOU SENSATION ew ($16)
Terrific race the opener for the 3YO Colts & Geldings.
#6 DOULL ($2.7) was terrific on debut and looks a horse with well above average potential!?
My only query with that win, is what did he beat on debut!???
Visually, he was clearly impressive and you can only beat what's put in front of you, but the fact of the matter is, the form around the horses he beat up just hasn't stood up..?
His jump outs this prep have been good leading into this race and while he's rock bottom odds, and there are quieries around his form, he's still a deserved favorite and the one to beat.
I think there's two roughies in this that we can have a nibble on at a big price each way to beat him. (Not with any great confidence)
#12 BUENOS NOCHES ($13) is the big watch in the race...
He contested the strong G3 San Damenico Stakes in Sydney first up and had absolutely NO luck.
He was stopped in his tracks, yet still managed to pick himself up in the last 400m and attack the line with some real gusto!! The straight track may suit him here!?.
#10 ZOU SENSATION ($16) also looks over the odds for mine.
He had a terrific first campaign and his most recent jump out at Flemington, suggests he's screwed down enough to run a big race fresh here..

♍ RACE 2- 1700M, HCP ♍
💥#8 ZEYREK*** ew ($8.5)
💥#6 MILFORD ew ($14)
Very keen on ZEYREK ($8.5) each way in this. He looks one of the better bets ALL DAY at a price.
He ran very well, all things considering first up over an unsuitable trip, in the Group 1, 1400m MEMSIE STAKES.
He was a tad slow out on that occasion and then bustled along to keep in touch.
He got onto the back of I'M THUNDERSTRUCK on the turn and while he lacks his brilliance, he grinded home nicely late, to go across the line with the multiple G1 winning star- DUAIS.
His run was also on a track not suiting those coming from back in the field on the day.
Prior to his first up run, this horse also trialled up very well in Sydney against some smart types.
He also drops MASSIVELY in Class here, gets to a far more suitable distance, draws barrier 1, Flemington track ideal and he has a very good 2nd up record (4 starts, 2x Wins)...
He looks a FANTASTIC each way bet at the current $8.50 on offer for mine.
I would of loved #6 MILFORD ($14) to draw a softer gate here (15) 😨...
Loved his most recent jump out at Flemington in preparation for this first up run. He looks ready to go off first up here at a price.
He's always ran well fresh in the past and looks to have come back in good fettle this time in.....
Moroney/Maloney also have a good record when teaming up at Metropolitan level.
From Gate 15, he's probably going to have to take his medicine here and go back!??..
Hopefully BUCKHURST & PERSAN can roll along at a steady tempo in front here enabling him a chance to have a shot at them late.

♍ RACE 5- G1, MAKYBE DIVA STAKES, 1600M ♍
💥#1 I'M THUNDERSTRUCK win ($2.4)
💥#4 ALLIGATOR BLOOD ew ($5)
Cracking race!!! Two key players in the race for mine.
#1 I'M THUNDERSTRUCK was huge first up in the MEMSIE.
He yet again stamped himself as a genuine Group 1- Big Dawg to be reckoned with again this spring!
2nd up here at Flemington and out to his favored 1600m trip, he's the one they ALL have to hold off late if things pan out evenly for him.
He is capable of reeling off incredible late sectionals this horse, especially when clear air presents itself and he gets a desired hot tempo on upfront.
The one query with him is certainly Gate 1.
It isn't the ideal gate for this horse. Especially with a lack of pace on paper engaged in the small 8 horse field.
With that being said, I think #4 ALLIGATOR BLOOD ($5) will show his hand early here and lead at all costs and run them along at a steady tempo throughout.
He is without doubt the big threat in the race, and his first up run was a total forgive run.
Leading into that race, he not only missed a lead up trial, but some crucial work leading into that run. (Due to ownership dramas etc)
In the home straight, he never got a shot at them, when looking to have a lap full of horse underneath him.!?
With even luck, he finishes MUCH closer. 💯
It was a total forgive run and he shouldn't be understated here...
He can lead these, dictate the pace and win.
I want to be saving on him each way to beat I'M THUNDERSTRUCK.

♍ RACE 9- EXFORD PLATE, 1400M ♍
💥#11 FOUJITA SAN ew ($6)
💥#7 OSIPENKO ew ($6.5)
Very good race to finish the card off.
#11 FOUJITA SAN was a total forgive run first up at Mooney Valley.
He blew the start on that occasion and his winning chances we're done.
He still managed to make up very good headway late, when never looking comfortable on the tight turning track.
2nd up, with that run under his belt, out to 1400m and onto a more spacious track like Flemington, he can bounce back hard here... He's a quality colt.
The big danger in the race is the Waller trained, Sydney- sider in #7 OSIPENKO ($6.5).
His debut win was very impressive and at only his 2nd start, he bumped into the very smart 3YO in KIBOU.
That form is very strong for a race of this nature..
Happy to back both FOUJITA SAN & OSIPENKO each way in this.
🇦🇺 MORPHETVILLE SATURDAY 🐎
♍ RACE 6- Class 1 HCP ♎
💥#2 LA FARGUE win ($2.8)
Looks smart placement here by the Danny O'Brien stable, skipping across the border with this horse #2 LA FARGUE ($2.8) first up.
He's always been a frustrating horse, but a horse with above average ability.
He's had two nice jumps at Flemington in preparation for this run and his most recent one was excellent.
He worked home strongly out wide late behind SAIGON (who subsequently should of won in much stronger grade at Caulfield when he went to the races after that jump out)
If he brings that jump out work to the races here, he should be able to overhaul them.
