Very even race.. But think we can back both Five Kingdom & Pale King each way at good prices and get a result in this.
Thought #1 FIVE KINGDOM ($7) with a nice 2kg claim from Josh Richards (rides well) brings the strongest form lines through his Albury & Canberra Cup runs which were excellent.
He's rock hard fit now 4th up and this stable certainly know when to bring them south of the border to win... The one to beat.
#7 DEEPSTRIKE ($3.4) was excellent last start in midweek grade at Sandown.. Well weighted and a win certainly wouldn't shock, but he does mix his form this bloke.
#4 COMMAMDER HARRY ($5.5) brings the ideal form lines last start through 'Jungle Magnate & Sharp Response' who are smart horses... (The stable are the one big query/negative!!??)
#8 PALE KING ($8.5) form looks ordinary, but his last 3 runs have been on Heavy tracks... 4 starts back he arguably should of won, when desperately unlucky behind Nocolino Vito at this track on good ground, which hel get here... The big threat in the race.

He drew barrier 16 last time in the strong 250k Country Mile Final at Flemington. He had absolutely no luck on that occasion and still attacked the line with some real gusto late! He arguably should of won!!!? The one to beat in this!
#6 BLACKCOMB ($4.4) returned in good style first up and has always promised a lot! Draws well in 2, gets in with no weight and loves the mile trip! Plenty in her favor!

#5 SUNZOU ($4.8) is an unraced colt for Shane Nichols. I've been really taken with his jump outs.
He looks quite smart and he's already been well supported in early markets. He looks a bomb proof/well educated colt that will take some beating in this.

#3 EYE OF THE EAGLE ($13) is a nice unraced gelding for John McArdle, that has jumped out sharply also..
He's also nicely bred, with his Dam being the very talented miler "Tickle My". They have already knocked back big offers to go to Hong Kong, so I'd be expecting a very forward showing here.
#7 WEE NESSY ($5.5) is a horse I was keen on first up and she ran well...She has jumped out extremely well since and she's also right in the mix here again.

#3 BELLE SAVIOR ($3.7) looks a very talented filly for the inform Nick Ryan stable.
She won like a filly with some real upside first up! It took her a while to knuckle down, but when she did, she sprinted like a good horse! The one to beat.
#8 ADELE AMOUR ($10) comes through the same race as 'Belle Amour' and was well supported on that occasion.. ($1.8)
She was presented too early in the straight and looked like she needed the outing, so she was far from disgraced. She can improve sharply 2nd up here.
#9 BOTANY is a nice filly who won well on debut... This is certainly harder, but she looks a very good Top 3-4 chance.
#6 BLISTERING ($31) comes through the provincials, but she could of hardly been more impressive at her past two when really letting go well late on... Knock out chance at a price.

#2 MAKRAM ($14) is first up here in Australia and he looks ridiculously well placed at B78 level.
He had nice form in the UK this horse and his last jump out at Flemington was some lovely work, when he trucked up very strongly behind the very smart Buffalo River under double wraps!! He could of blown him away!! 😳
He looks way over the odds for mine at the ($14) and I'm expecting him to run a huge one here fresh!

#7 OLD FLAME ($5.5) is another import that was impressive first up at Sandown. He will only improve from that experience and be fitter for this.. Right in this.
#11 PAPERBOY ($6) is dead set flying this time in and can't be ignored again here. Draws ideally to stalk the pace and McNeil is a key booking.
#16 ABLE WILLE ($11) draws horribly in gate 16, and will be forced to go back and ride for luck. If he gets the race run to suit, he could close late on and run right into the finish... He has ability!

Nice race for the 3YO's. #1 ELITE ICON ($2.8) is the current fav and draws gate 1 here. He has had his breathing issues throughout his career though.
Clearly he will have his supporters, and looks the likley leader in the race with #7 DARING MOVE who will most likely spear across from gate 10 and eye ball him.
If Daring Move can keep Elite Icon working on pace, then I envisage the two stalkers in the race, #3 LIBIAMO & MAGIC MAX to get there chances to knock him off late.
#3 LIBIAMO ($4.8) is first up for her new stable (Will Clarken) after bleeding last start. She was a very smart filly in her first campaign, when mixing it well with smart 2YO's throughout her first 3 runs.
First up last time, she flashed home from the back at Caulfield, knocking off Zapateo & Cherry Pick. It's good form for a race of this nature and she jumped out well earlier in the week.
#2 MAGIC MAX ($4.6) blew them away first up and looked to have a bit in hand. The 3rd horse from that race then came out and won impressively at Metro level. Draws nicely here and gets a handy 3kg claim. In for a nice campaign.

She's a gutsy filly this girl!!
She arguably should of won the G1 Australian Guineas two starts back when she swept up the middle from near last, off a tough run to collar 3YO champion 'Hitotsu', before just dieing on her run late to lose by a length! Clearly strong form!
She then ran another bottler last start, when running 2nd to the very nice filly in 'Daises" in the G3 Alexandra Stakes at MV last start.
This is her first time at the track and distance, but if she runs the trip, then she's the one to beat!

Looks two key players in this year's edition of the PT ADELAIDE GUINEAS.
#10 DAISES ($2.2) has come back in super form this preparation and she's still on an upward spiral, with some nice races in mind over the Adelaide carnival to come. She's the one to beat.
#2 HARLEYMOVEN ($3.8) is a horse who I have a lot of time for and his two runs have been exceptional. He has a devastating turn of foot on him for a middle distance galloper and a big big threat to DAISES winning chances here.

Smart placement by the stable with this 3YO, avoiding a couple of smart 3YO's in Race 3 earlier in the day.
Have loved the two most recent jump outs of this Mark Kavanagh trained 3YO..
He looks to have come back extremely well this time in and I like that they have given him two solid jump outs in prep for this first up tilt across the border.
From barrier 5, I can envisage them wanting to lead and dictate here and they look to have found the ideal race to win first up in Adelaide in weak grade.
